They lay out all the poles and ropes and canvas and pegs of the tent and make sure they are carefully aligned and organized in exactly the right way.

Then they bring in the elephants (probably tractors nowadays) and POP – up goes the PLATFORM.

And in the middle of the tent is a ring where the show is held, with seats around so the audience can see the show.

The crew can now prepare for the performance.

Delivering the Performance = Putting on the Show

Now the crew that assembled and erected the tent takes on new roles – they become the performers that put on the show that entertains and transforms the crowd.

And they also assume all the business roles needed to market and manage the show.

And so the show goes on – until it is time to seek new pastures

Eventually their stay in town is over, and it is time to move on.

The Relocation = Moving on Again

The crew switches roles again, and they become movers. They carefully pack everything up, and move the entire assembly to a new field location.

That is what this website is about – it is about constructing a platform, using the platform to transform the life of a community, then moving and cloning everything in a new field location.
