These are the elements of the Minimum Viable Platform that we use. Think of this as a “Learning to Drive” experience – before you set out, you need to take the time to prepare, and here are the essential elements.<\/p>\n

First, study and conduct a Gallup Engagement Survey and a Tribal Leadership Survey.<\/p>\n

These are the assessments you will be using to measure the Social Engagement of your community.<\/p>\n

Next learn the eight essential elements of the platform. They are listed here and explained in detail in the linked files:<\/p>\n

  1. Loosely connected – a Slack Account or similar, Zoom access<\/li>\n
  2. Preferred Quadrants for Making Decisions + Debrief<\/li>\n
  3. Meeting Coherence Quadrant Checkout<\/li>\n
  4. Meeting Procedure: Participative Decision Making<\/li>\n
  5. Keystone Cause – Our Purpose<\/li>\n
  6. Core Team – start with 3 people then expand to 6 – your community of the adept<\/li>\n
  7. Triads – instead of individual leadership we work in 3s – collaborative leadership skills<\/li>\n
  8. Values -our boundaries – what we will and will not do<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
