Round 1: What do you enjoy most about your career?<\/strong><\/p>\n Every day is a new adventure. When I got up this morning I did not know how my day would unfold.<\/p>\n Round 2: What does your typical workday look like?<\/strong><\/p>\n I don’t have a typical day – every day is a new day, with new surprises.<\/p>\n Round 3: How did you find your interests, moreover, what advice do you have for students without a set career path in mind?<\/strong><\/p>\n Life is a journey – always offering you new opportunities. Do something and learn from it, then proceed to the next thing.<\/p>\n I am still discovering who I am through a long and wandering journey – but I have always been committed to following my interest in researching life, meaning and fulfillment.<\/p>\n Round 4: In hindsight, what is something you wish you knew in high school or university about your current career?<\/strong><\/p>\n There is no such thing as absolute objective\u00a0 truth (and that is another lie!)<\/p>\n Subjective realms such as emotions, psychology, spirituality, social sciences, networking, story telling, myths – all are lawful.<\/p>\n It’s just that they are lawful in a way that is different from the laws of science.<\/p>\n But\u00a0 they are lawful in their own way, and you can discover how they work through experiencing the realms directly.<\/p>\n Round 5: Open the floor to any last words of advice you would like to share with the students in our audience.<\/strong><\/p>\n 8 March 2021 – Ian’s Answers Round 1: What do you enjoy most about your career?
